Humans are not to famlier with the orc/goblin race in genral.
So they don't notice such characteristics, like the goblin noises or even Krug's Orcish banner (That is still on his back).

Kind of inspired by Warhammer to do green orcs, since the green skin does look cool (And makes them stand out from the other races).

I could have follow the classic DND Style Humanoid half orcs design.

But At the time, I wanted the orc race to look diffrent then the others, yet to look like there goblin cousins.

I always thought orcs in a more warcraft/dnd/version.

and goblins just a weaker dumber version...

Works for Grimkey, Dalur thought he was a dwarf.

Grant thought he was a goblin.

Also if your standard battle outfit, included things like a red strap wrapped around your eyes. I'm sure you'll make simple mistakes like this.
